Job summary

Eil Global is seeking an IT engineer for on-site, part-time/casual engagements at site locations in Wollongong, NSW. The role involves installing and upgrading operating systems, applying patches, and performing software and hardware break fixes across client environments.

The candidate should have a practical understanding of Wi‑Fi basics, LAN/WAN concepts, and be comfortable using MS Office. Business English with local language is required.

Qualifications

• Capable of installing and upgrading Operating Systems.
• Install patches and perform software/hardware break fix.
• Well versed IT engineer with practical troubleshoot experience.
• Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi and networking concepts.
• Proficiency in business English and local language.

Responsibilities

• Install and upgrade Operating Systems.
• Install patches and perform updates.
• Perform software and hardware break fixes as needed.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems as an on-site engineer.
• Apply basic Wi‑Fi and networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, switches, routers).
• Install and administer MS Office applications.
