Job summary

Exigo Tech in Sydney is seeking a high-performing Project Manager to own IT infrastructure and Microsoft Cloud initiatives within our PMO-driven environment. You will drive execution, tackle challenges head-on, and deliver exceptional results.

Lead detailed project plans, manage scope, budget, and timelines; coordinate cross-functional teams; oversee deployments of Azure, M365, Entra ID and security, ensuring scalability and governance.

Qualifications

• PM certifications required (PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master)
• MSP environment experience preferred
• Strong communication with executives and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead detailed project plans, manage scope, budget, and timelines with precision
• Proactively identify roadblocks and resolve them before they impact delivery
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between technical and business teams
• Oversee deployments, migrations, and governance for Microsoft Cloud (Azure, M365, Entra ID, Security) and IT infrastructure
• Align solutions with business needs to ensure scalability and long-term success
• Manage stakeholder engagements and run high-impact meetings with clarity on expectations and roadmaps
• Build strong working relationships across technical, business, and leadership teams
• Maintain accountability across project teams to ensure delivery without surprises
