Job summary

NRI is seeking an experienced Technical / Infrastructure Project Manager to join a major internal technology integration program bringing multiple parts of the organisation together into a single Microsoft ecosystem.

This is a hands-on delivery role across Microsoft 365 migration, Intune endpoint management, security and compliance, operating on East Coast hours with Sydney or Melbourne preference and a 12‑month contract with potential extension.

Qualifications

• Delivery of complex Microsoft migration or Modern Workplace programs.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent technical workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong stakeholder management with technical and business leaders.
• Experience facilitating technical workshops and driving actions to delivery.
• Proven governance and reporting capability, incl. exec-level updates.
• PRINCE2 or equivalent certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Own key streams within the program and drive delivery against timelines.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migration and integration workstreams, incl. tenant migrations.
• Oversee endpoint transformation and SOE deployment with Intune.
• Support security, data and compliance uplift initiatives.
• Coordinate technical delivery with architects and engineering teams.
• Provide monthly executive/board-level reporting and status updates.
• Ensure delivery within scope, timelines and budget.
