NRI Australia & New Zealand is seeking an experienced Technical / Infrastructure Project Manager to join a major internal technology integration program, working across a single Microsoft ecosystem. This hands-on delivery role will manage multiple Microsoft streams as part of a large-scale transformation.

The 12-month contract supports an 18-month delivery window, with remote work mostly available and East Coast hours preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering complex Microsoft migration or Modern Workplace programs.
• Strong technical project management within Microsoft environments.
• Experience with Intune and endpoint/device migrations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams and dependencies.
• Strong governance and executive reporting capabilities.

Responsabilités

• Lead Microsoft 365 migration and integration workstreams.
• Oversee endpoint transformation and SOE deployments.
• Support security, data and compliance uplift initiatives.
• Manage multiple technical workstreams, risks, issues and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects and engineering teams on delivery.
• Lead workshops and drive actions to delivery.
• Provide monthly executive/board-level reporting and status updates.
• Ensure projects stay within scope, timelines and budget.
