Job summary

IUIH is seeking a Helpdesk Support Officer to provide client service for software and hardware issues, with phone and remote support coverage. You will handle calls, emails and tickets, delivering first-level support and guiding end users through resolutions.

The role requires a current Queensland C Class Driver's Licence and a valid Criminal History Check, with a focus on culturally safe service delivery within Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.

Qualifications

• Must have experience delivering first-level IT help desk support.
• Experience handling calls, emails and tickets within SLA.
• Strong knowledge of software/hardware troubleshooting for end users.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service via phone and remote support channels.
• Respond to calls, emails and support tickets according to service agreements.
• Deliver timely responses and resolutions for first-level IT issues.
• Communicate fixes and updates to users and document actions taken.
