Telstra is seeking a motivated IT-enabled individual to stage and configure mobility devices in a 2-year fixed-term role at Kemps Creek, Sydney. You’ll prepare devices and ICT equipment for rollout and support enterprise customers from day one.

You’ll learn service processes, work with experienced colleagues, and contribute to secure, reliable customer outcomes while enjoying Telstra’s training and flexible workplace culture.

Qualifications

• You’re studying or recently completed a technology-related field.
• You enjoy hands-on technical work and learning setup procedures.
• You have strong attention to detail and can follow processes accurately.

Responsibilities

• Stage and configure mobility devices ready for customer use.
• Prepare ICT equipment such as routers, switches, and wireless tech.
• Learn how service requests and incidents are managed within timeframes.
• Work with the team to deliver secure, reliable outcomes for customers.
