Job summary

Greenbox is seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our Sydney team. You will help deliver high-quality IT deployment projects on time and within budget, while building strong client relationships.

This casual position offers potential to transition to full-time based on performance and workload. Key duties include installing and decommissioning IT equipment, supporting deployment planning, and leading small teams when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT hardware refresh projects.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and lead small teams.
• WH&S awareness and physical fitness.
• Full driver’s licence (LR/MR truck licence highly regarded).
• Permanent work rights with no restrictions (Defence clearance desirable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and desktop hardware/software installation.

Responsibilities

• Install and decommission computers and associated IT equipment.
• Assist with planning and execution of deployment projects.
• Provide floor walk support and troubleshoot issues.
• Lead small teams when required.
• Complete accurate reporting, including customer sign-off and asset reports.
• Maintain high standards of WH&S and quality compliance.
