The position requires a degree-level qualification, at least five years in IT support, ITIL familiarity, and a WWC Blue Card. Salary is CES Office Scale 6, with 12.75% employer superannuation and generous leave provisions.

Qualifications

• Formal qualifications at degree or industry level are required in IT, with relevant certifications or experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Information Technology support role with high level technical expertise across Microsoft and Apple platforms.
• Certification or a sound understanding of the ITIL service management framework.
• Working with Children Blue Card is required.
