• Minimum of 5 years experience in an Information Technology support role with high level technical expertise across Microsoft and Apple platforms.
• Certification or a sound understanding of the ITIL service management framework.
• Working with Children Blue Card is required.

About the Role

The Information Technology (IT) Coordinator role leads the delivery and support of IT services for St Augustine's Catholic College Cairns. The position requires a high level of technical expertise, to ensure the effective and efficient operation of IT infrastructure, services and software used throughout the College.

Work Requirements

• Hold a Working with Children Blue Card
• Be fully supportive of the ethos of Catholic Education
• Formal qualifications at degree or industry level are required, along with other relevant qualifications or extensive and relevant experience in the area of Information Technology and Systems Support
• A minimum of 5 years experience in an Information Technology support role with a high level of technical expertise across the Microsoft and Apple platforms
• Certification or a sound understanding of the ITIL service management framework
