Metcash Limited is seeking an IT Controls Officer – Demand & Projects to join our Group IT team. Based in Macquarie Park, NSW or Heatherton, VIC, this permanent full-time role starts January 2027 and supports demand intake, governance, data maintenance and reporting across IT Controls.

You will engage with stakeholders, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, assist with project setup and reporting, and help drive process improvements within a growing IT controls function.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in administration, project support, coordination or PMO support.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and quality.
• Experience preparing meeting packs, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate and administer incoming demand requests, ensuring information is complete and tracked.
• Support project governance activities and progress work through established processes.
• Prepare meeting agendas, collate documentation and coordinate governance forums.
• Take accurate meeting minutes, track actions and distribute outcomes.
• Support project and portfolio reporting activities with data accuracy and consistency.
• Assist with project set-up and administration across systems.
• Manage shared team communications and IT Controls mailbox.
• Produce reports and assist with timesheet, billing and compliance administration.
• Build relationships with Project Managers and stakeholders across the business.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting, and team efficiency.
