Responsibilities

• Support contract and vendor management activities across Metcash IT.
• Coordinate contract documentation, approvals and signature processes.
• Maintain accurate contract records and vendor data.
• Monitor contract renewals, compliance requirements and governance.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Procurement and Legal.
• Assist with identifying risks, resolving issues and escalation when required.
• Ensure audit trails are complete and up to date.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes.
• Support onboarding and administrative tasks for contractors and vendors.
