Job summary

The Royal Flying Doctor Service SA/NT is seeking an IT Business Applications Administrator to join our Information Technology team in Adelaide. This full-time role supports and enhances a suite of business-critical applications across multiple operational areas to enable efficient service delivery.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure systems remain secure, reliable and aligned with organisational needs, and you will help streamline processes and improve user experience through

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and administering enterprise applications in a multi-user environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of application security, user access management and data governance principles.
• Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades and change initiatives.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Business Systems or a related discipline.
• Experience working with integrated business systems, reporting platforms or digital transformation projects will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Administering and maintaining business applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.
• Managing system access, user permissions and application security.
• Troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues and coordinating vendor support where required.
• Supporting system upgrades, enhancements, integrations and testing activities.
• Developing and maintaining application documentation, procedures and user resources.
• Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve user experience through technology solutions.
• Providing guidance and support to end users to maximise system effectiveness and adoption.
