Job summary

Royal Flying Doctor Service South Australia / Northern Territory is seeking an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst to join our Adelaide IT team. You will translate business needs into effective technology solutions that enhance performance and governance across regional health operations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to map processes, develop user stories and support UAT, training and change management for successful technology adoption.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Business Analyst with ERP, modern web/mobile tech or specialised applications.
• Experience delivering IT business applications across Finance, HR, Payroll or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design capabilities.
• Experience developing user stories and supporting UAT activities.
• Ability to identify process improvements and develop business cases.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyse and document requirements and translate into tech solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and applications.
• Champion data governance, data integration and enter data once for reporting.
• Develop artefacts like process maps, requirements docs and designs.
• Support implementation of systems ensuring governance, privacy and security alignment.
• Facilitate UAT, training workshops and change management for adoption.
• Act as liaison between business, project teams and technical specialists.
