Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience with ERP, web/mobile technologies or specialised business applications.
• Experience delivering IT business applications across Finance, HR, Payroll or Supply Chain.
• Strong analytical, requirements gathering, process mapping and solution design skills.
• Proven ability to develop user stories and support UAT.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes, systems and applications through data-driven improvements.
• Champion data governance and data integration for better reporting.
• Develop business analysis artefacts: process maps, requirements, solution designs.
• Support implementation of business systems ensuring governance, privacy and security alignment.
• Facilitate UAT, training workshops and change management for successful adoption.
• Act as liaison between business stakeholders, project teams and technical specialists to deliver outcomes.
