Wedded Wonderland is seeking an IT Support professional to own the day-to-day technology experience for our Sydney team. You will set up laptops, onboard new starters, and manage our software stack across Zoho, GHL, Aircall, and Riverside, ensuring every screen, call, recording, and event runs without a hitch.

The role includes weekend availability for team events and activations. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and AV, coordinate with vendors, and maintain asset registers.

Competenze

• 2+ years in IT support or helpdesk in SME/media/events
• Solid hands-on with Windows and Lenovo hardware
• Experience with cloud-first SaaS environments
• Experience with Zoho suite (CRM/Desk)
• Experience with VoIP systems (Aircall)
• AV setup and troubleshooting across meeting rooms
• Based in Sydney with weekend availability
• Calm, proactive and fast under pressure

Mansioni

• Set up Lenovo laptops for new starters and onboard them
• Own onboarding tech experience across Zoho, GHL, Aircall, Riverside
• Manage user accounts and permissions across the stack
• Maintain and troubleshoot Sydney office AV setup
• Support Riverside.fm sessions for content recording
• Provide first-line tech support, resolving issues quickly
• Manage Aircall phone system and call routing
• Coordinate with SaaS vendors for escalation when needed
• Maintain asset register for laptops and peripherals
• Be on-site for events and weekend activities
• Identify friction points and suggest improvements
