Job summary

Coronation in Sydney, NSW is seeking an IT Asset Analyst to support end-to-end management of a large asset portfolio across healthcare and related environments. You will ensure accurate, compliant asset records and participate in ITAM initiatives.

You will collaborate with EUC, Cybersecurity, Procurement and Finance to optimise licensing, costs and asset lifecycle governance, with a focus on CMDB accuracy and audit readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT asset management and CMDB accuracy.
• Understanding of ITIL, ISO standards and asset governance.
• Ability to collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Cybersecurity.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end asset lifecycle processes with data accuracy.
• Maintain asset tagging, licensing, and CMDB records.
• Collaborate with EUC, Cybersecurity, Procurement and Finance.
• Support cost transparency and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Assist in onboarding devices and licensing transitions for new projects.
