Job summary

AnglicareSA in Adelaide is seeking an IT Asset Administrator to manage the lifecycle of our IT hardware, software and mobile devices. You will coordinate asset allocation, track changes, assist with audits and ensure secure, compliant asset handling across the organisation.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication and the ability to work with IT, procurement, finance and vendor teams. A Certificate in Business Admin or IT and solid Excel skills are important.

Qualifications

• A Certificate in Business Administration or IT, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience maintaining databases, asset registers, inventory records or similar administrative systems.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including confidence using Excel.
• Excellent organisation, accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of IT hardware, software and mobile devices in the asset management system.
• Support asset allocation, tracking, recovery, inventory management and internal leasing processes.
• Reconciling physical inventory against asset registers and contributing to regular audits and reporting.
• Supporting purchasing processes, accounts payable activities and vendor coordination for technology assets.
• Helping maintain compliance with software licensing, asset disposal, security and organisational procedures.
• Providing clear guidance and support to employees and stakeholders on IT asset management processes.
