Job summary

St Vincent’s is seeking an IT Asset Analyst to support end-to-end IT asset management across devices, software licenses and medical peripherals. The role focuses on maintaining accurate asset data, CMDB integrity, and lifecycle tracking to enable cost transparency and audit readiness.

You will collaborate with Cybersecurity, Finance, Procurement and other IT teams to optimise licensing and drive improvements in HAM/SAM processes within the ITSM environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in end-to-end IT asset lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of asset governance, licensing, and cost transparency.
• Familiarity with ITSM platforms and CMDB accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day asset lifecycle tasks including provisioning, tagging, stock handling and disposal.
• Maintain accurate asset records in the CMDB and ITSM platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement and Cybersecurity on licensing and cost optimization.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance for asset records.
