Journey Early Learning Gumdale is seeking an Inclusion Support Educator to join our Gumdale team in a permanent part‑time capacity (32 hours per week, 4 days). You will support children to feel safe, included and confident in a calm, nurturing space and help develop independence, social skills and meaningful play experiences.
You will collaborate with educators to support routines, learning and belonging, while maintaining high health and safety standards.

We’re looking for a warm, patient, and dedicated Inclusion Support Educator to join our Gumdale team in a permanent part‑time role, supporting children within our Kindergarten room.
In this role, you’ll support children to feel safe, included, and confident while helping create a calm, nurturing space where they can build independence, develop social skills, and engage in meaningful, play‑based experiences.
Working closely with your room team, you’ll play an important role in supporting routines, guiding learning, and ensuring every child feels a strong sense of belonging.
You are a caring, calm, and reliable educator who values inclusion and enjoys building meaningful relationships with children and families in a close‑knit setting.
