Job summary

Journey Early Learning Group is seeking a Casual Educator for Gumdale to support daily routines, play‑based learning, and inclusive care across age groups. You’ll join a warm team, gain diverse classroom exposure, and contribute to safe, engaging environments.

Flexible shifts and a supportive culture help you build skills while keeping work‑life balance. Availability of at least four days per week will maximize opportunities across rooms and activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 day availability + sector experience
• ACECQA‑recognised Certificate III or Diploma
• Must have completed National Child Safety Training
• Reliable, positive, and confident working across different rooms
• Passionate about children’s learning and wellbeing
• Strong communicator who enjoys being part of a team
• Current Asthma, Anaphylaxis and First Aid certificates

About the Role

Our Gumdale team is looking for warm, flexible, and enthusiastic educators to support on a casual basis. This role offers flexibility and the chance to build skills across multiple age groups and environments.

As a Casual Educator with Journey, you’ll support daily routines, build positive relationships, and step in where you’re needed most. Each day brings new learning opportunities, new experiences, and a supportive team to welcome you. Must have flexible hours, and a minimum of 4 days available per week.
