With over 21 bars and restaurants, award-winning venues and large-scale events, we offer a variety of opportunities to match your skills and career goals in one of Australia’s most breathtaking locations.

You’ll contribute to unforgettable dining experiences, from fine dining to casual cafes, weddings to large events.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum).
• Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and passion for culinary innovation.
• Valid working rights in Australia (minimum 6 months).
• Open Australian driver licence (manual preferred for some roles).
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsabilités

• Create unforgettable dining experiences across outlets from fine dining to casual cafes, weddings to large events.
• Deliver high-quality meals across restaurants, cafes, and large events.
• Mentor junior team members and share culinary knowledge.
• Support smooth kitchen operations with strong prep, presentation and teamwork.
