Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum).
• Relevant experience in a commercial kitchen.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• A proactive attitude and passion for culinary innovation.
• Valid working rights in Australia (minimum 6 months).
• Open Australian driver licence (manual preferred for some roles).
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Create unforgettable dining experiences across our venues, from fine dining to casual cafes, weddings to large events.
• Deliver high-quality meals across restaurants, cafes, and large events.
• Contribute to the creativity and execution of diverse cuisine styles.
• Support smooth kitchen operations with strong prep, presentation, and teamwork.
• Mentor junior team members and share culinary knowledge.
