Job summary

Schneider Electric in Sydney is seeking two IoT Engineers to design, commission and integrate on-premises and cloud-enabled Digital Services solutions. You will manage end-to-end testing, documentation and cybersecurity checks for projects across IT/OT environments.

Reporting to the Digital Operations Manager, you’ll work with Pacific Zone teams to deliver reliable digital infrastructure and application outcomes while contributing to architecture, tender support and continuous improvement

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant engineering discipline with prior IoT/ Digital Services experience.
Strong understanding of electrical concepts and OT/IT integration.
Experience with Ethernet networks and related protocols (TCP/IP, Modbus, IEC61850).
Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices for industrial environments.

Responsibilities

Own and deliver technical scope for Digital Services projects end-to-end.
Commission, deploy, configure, integrate, test, and hand over solutions including IoT hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
Provide secure connectivity, interoperability and cybersecurity compliance across environments.
Create and maintain Detailed Technical Designs, Network Diagrams and handover packs.
