Job summary

Schneider Electric in Australia is seeking a Lead Engineer to lead a portfolio of projects and services, including design, testing, commissioning, maintenance, and support of industrial systems, delivering solutions in the evolving energy landscape.

Based in Australia (open to New Zealand), you will drive delivery with planning, resources, and cross-functional collaboration while upholding safety, quality and on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering.
• Experience delivering Industrial Automation projects, with AVEVA platforms preferred.
• Ability to interpret process descriptions and develop technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for projects and services across Automation, Control Systems, Software, and Digital Twin.
• Lead planning, scheduling, resource allocation and Customer delivery with proactive relationship management.
• Ensure HSE, Quality, and standards are met; collaborate with Engineering, Sales, HSE, and Supply Chain.
