Job summary

Medlog Australia Pty Ltd – Port Botany is hiring an Invoicing Clerk to ensure invoices are processed accurately and on time, with GST calculations handled correctly. You will work closely with our Customer Service, Transport and Warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain precise financial records.

This role offers the opportunity to support daily operations in a busy logistics environment while delivering excellent customer service and contributing to overall invoicing accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience invoicing, accounts administration or similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
• Able to work with GST calculations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication with customers and internal teams.
• Experience in transport, logistics or warehousing is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate invoices within required timeframes.
• Verify job sheets, driver run sheets and PODs.
• Process credit notes and resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure GST calculations and financial documentation are compliant.
• Respond to customer enquiries and follow up on payments.
• Maintain records across internal systems and support reporting.
