Job summary

Hailey Mason Property is seeking a motivated, people-focused individual to join our Investment Management team in a full-time role. You will support the day-to-day management of residential investment properties, delivering exceptional experiences for landlords and tenants.

From coordinating maintenance and inspections to leasing properties and building strong relationships, this role offers exposure to all aspects of residential investment management.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 2+ years in real estate or customer-facing role is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to obtain Assistant Agent Certificate of Registration if not already held.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day management of residential investment properties.
• Build relationships with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
• Coordinate maintenance and inspections; oversee leasing processes.
• Process tenancy applications and prepare lease documentation.
• Conduct routine property inspections and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and agency procedures.
• Prepare property advertising and online listings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and timely responses to enquiries.
• General administration and data entry; support team colleagues.
• Engage in ongoing training and professional development.

• Marketing available properties and assisting with leasing.




• Processing tenancy applications and preparing lease documentation.




• Conducting routine inspections and maintaining accurate property records.




• Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and agency procedures.




• Preparing property advertising and online listings.




• Providing exceptional customer service and responding to enquiries promptly.

What We Look For

• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
