Noel Jones Maroondah is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to manage a small established residential portfolio and deliver exceptional service. You will build lasting relationships with rental providers and tenants, oversee day-to-day management, and provide guidance while ensuring compliance with Victorian tenancy laws.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in residential property management, ideally in a senior role.
• Sound knowledge of Victorian residential tenancy legislation and property management processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Confidence conducting rental appraisals, presentations and negotiating new managements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• A positive, proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team.
• Current Agent's Representative eligibility.
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing a small established portfolio of residential investment properties, supported by a team committed to delivering exceptional service.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and developing strong relationships with rental providers and renters.

• Overseeing day-to-day portfolio management.

• Managing maintenance, arrears, lease renewals and tenancy matters.

• Providing professional advice and guidance to clients.

• Ensuring compliance with Victorian residential tenancy legislation.

• Working collaboratively with our leasing, inspections and administrative support team.

• Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support portfolio growth.
