Job summary

Image Realty Ipswich is seeking an enthusiastic leasing coordinator to own the leasing process and support Property Managers, the Business Development team and office support. Your week will include open homes, private inspections, handling enquiries, processing applications, preparing tenancy documentation and coordinating handovers.

THE ROLE

You’ll take ownership of the leasing process and work closely with our Property Managers, Business Development team and office support team.

Your week will include:

HOURS

8:00am – 4:00pm - TUESDAY - SATURDAY

• Have previous leasing or property management experience is preferred but not essential

• Have strong follow-up and communication skills

• Can manage a busy workload while maintaining attention to detail

• Bring a positive attitude and good energy to the office

• Take initiative and don’t need to be constantly prompted

• Are happy to assist outside your immediate role when required

• Work well independently while still being a genuine team player

• Take pride in delivering a high standard of work and service
