Job summary

Keegan Adams Recruitment partners with an Australian investment organisation to appoint an Investment Operations Associate. You will support the Credit and Emerging Companies team by managing the operational lifecycle after approval and delivering timely reporting to leadership and the Board.

Your role focuses on strengthening controls, refining processes and building robust reporting as the platform grows, including NAV, cashflow and IRR analyses.

Qualifications

• Experience in investment operations, middle office or fund administration with exposure to credit or private markets.
• Loan and/or bond settlements experience preferred; hedging/derivatives exposure is a bonus.
• Strong financial understanding of loan interest, fees, IRR, NAV and ECL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-approval transaction operations including loan, bond, and fund settlements and capital calls.
• Coordinate with Finance and transaction teams to validate funds movements and maintain documentation.
• Maintain portfolio registers, loan models, market data and historical portfolio information.
