The Living Company in Sydney is seeking an Investment Manager with end-to-end exposure across origination, transactions, asset management and investor engagement, focusing on Retirement Living. You will shape investment decisions and drive portfolio performance.

With 8–10+ years in real estate, IB, corporate finance or consulting, you will lead financial modelling, assess new opportunities, and mentor junior team members within a purpose-led, inclusive culture.

• 8-10+ years’ experience in real estate, IB, corporate finance or consulting.
• Strong understanding of the Australian real estate investment market, in particular the Retirement Living sector.
• Experience in cash flow modelling, valuations and development feasibility analysis.
• Advanced financial modelling and strong numerical capability.
• Commercial, entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.

THE ROLE

This is a high-impact Investment Manager role with end-to-end exposure across origination, transactions, asset management and investor engagement, with a focus on the Retirement Living sector, where you’ll help shape investment decisions and drive portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities (but not limited to) include:

• Lead financial modelling, investment analysis and capital management decisions
• Identify and assess new real estate investment opportunities
• Manage transaction processes, including acquisitions and capital raising

WHAT YOU’LL BRING
