Job summary

JBX Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable Inventory & Operations Coordinator to join our NSW warehouse team. This hands-on role blends warehouse operations, inventory control, logistics coordination and admin support to keep records accurate and reports clear.

You will perform daily warehouse tasks, forklift operation, stock counting and data entry using Excel and ERP-like systems, with opportunities to grow across warehousing and supply chain.

Qualifications

• Hands-on warehouse experience with receiving, dispatch, stock handling and inventory control.
• LF forklift licence and practical forklift operation.
• Good computer skills, especially Excel and general office apps.
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily warehouse activities, including forklift operation, receiving, loading and dispatching goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records with stock quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates.
• Assist with stocktakes, cycle counts, inventory reconciliations and stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
• Maintain an organised, clean and efficient warehouse environment.
• Support logistics coordination with deliveries, freight forwarders and transport providers.
• Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged goods and operational risks.
• Prepare reports and assist with warehouse projects and process improvements.
