Castle Hill | Part Time | 5 days a week flexible hours | Onsite
Love keeping things organised and making things happen?
If you're someone who thrives on variety, enjoys taking ownership and loves being the person who keeps everything running smoothly, this could be your next move.
We're working with a growing Australian Managed Service Provider (MSP) looking for an Inventory & Operations Coordinator to join their Castle Hill team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on operations, inventory management and coordination. You'll play an important role in keeping stock, equipment, vehicles and day-to-day office operations organised and running efficiently.
It's a varied role where no two days are quite the same, and your contribution will genuinely make a difference.
You'll be the go-to person for keeping things organised behind the scenes, working closely with the wider team to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your day-to-day will include:
Inventory & stock management: Maintaining accurate stock records, tracking equipment and coordinating stocktakes.
Warehouse operations: Managing incoming deliveries, stock movements, packing, dispatch and keeping the warehouse organised.
Fleet coordination: Ensuring company vehicles are appropriately stocked, maintained and ready for use.
Sales support: Assisting the sales team with stock availability, product information and preparing quotations.
Office coordination: Keeping the Castle Hill office organised, well-stocked and running efficiently.
General operations: Coordinating equipment transfers, returns and other operational activities across the business.
It's a great mix of practical, hands-on work and administration, with plenty of opportunities to take ownership and make an impact.
We're looking for someone who's organised, proactive and enjoys being part of a team.
Ideally, you'll bring:
Experience in inventory management, stock control, warehouse operations or a similar coordination role.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confidence using inventory systems, spreadsheets and general business software.
The ability to manage competing priorities and keep things moving.
Great communication skills and a collaborative approach.
A practical, hands-on attitude and the initiative to get things done.
Experience working with IT equipment, technology businesses or an MSP would be a bonus, but it's not essential.
More than anything, we're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys responsibility and can bring structure to a busy environment.
Plenty of variety: A role that combines inventory, operations, coordination and administration.
Take ownership: Be trusted to manage your responsibilities and make a real contribution.
Growing business: Join an established Australian MSP with a diverse range of clients and services.
Supportive team environment: Work alongside people across sales, technical and operations teams.
Make an impact: Play an important part in keeping the business organised and operating efficiently.
This is a part-time, onsite position based in Castle Hill, NSW.
Please note salary is pro rata.
While you'll be working within a technology business, this isn't a technical IT support role. We're looking for someone who enjoys the operational side of things and is comfortable working with physical stock, equipment and inventory systems.
If you're looking for a role where you can take ownership, enjoy variety and be part of a growing team, we'd love to hear from you.
