Job summary

TD Innovations in Brisbane is seeking a reliable, hands-on team member for a varied, full-time role that combines warehouse duties with administration tasks from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday. You will be based at our Murarrie office with local deliveries using the company van.

You will handle stock receipt, picking, packing, inventory control, data entry, and order processing, while maintaining WHS compliance and keeping records accurate.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook and Word.
• Strong data-entry skills and accurate stock records.
• Experience with online freight booking systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong math ability.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Knowledge of WHS and safe working practices.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and work efficiently.
• Current driver's license and ability to do local deliveries.
• Experience with Unleashed or similar inventory system is highly regarded.
• Experience in international logistics would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, checking and organising incoming stock including palletised freight and container deliveries.
• Picking and packing customer orders and arranging freight bookings.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and coordinating regular stocktakes.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, safe and well organised.
• Operating a walkie stacker to move and handle stock.
• Delivering local orders using the company van.
• Performing regular physical duties, including lifting, carrying and moving stock.
• Entering data and maintaining accurate customer and product records.
• Booking freight and coordinating deliveries.
• Processing sales shipments and invoices.
