Job summary

Ventia is seeking an Inventory Support Officer in Toowoomba to maintain inventory data integrity and support material movements across the business. You will work with the Supply Chain team to ensure accurate records, timely reporting, and efficient stock movement.

The role is permanent, full-time, based in Toowoomba with a focus on data accuracy, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience with SAP and inventory systems is valued; you will contribute to ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, administration, procurement, parts interpreting, retail or related environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with SAP or inventory management systems is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining material master data and inventory records.
• Processing inventory transactions and stock movements.
• Monitoring inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
• Supporting stocktakes and inventory reconciliations.
• Analysing inventory data and preparing reports for stakeholders.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across inventory processes.
