Power International Holding is seeking a Storekeeper in Queensland to manage inventory, organize storage areas, and facilitate the flow of goods. You will receive, store, and issue supplies while maintaining accurate records, ensuring stock levels meet operational needs, and maintaining safe storage practices.

The role emphasizes inventory control principles, attention to detail, and effective communication with suppliers. Prior SAP ERP familiarity is beneficial for success in this position.

Formación

• Knowledge of inventory control principles and stock level management.
• Attention to detail for recording transactions and reconciling discrepancies.
• Ability to organize storage areas and label/shelve items for easy retrieval.
• Strong communication with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• ERP knowledge, SAP is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Receive incoming shipments and verify against orders/packing slips.
• Organize and maintain inventory storage areas, ensuring items are labeled and accessible.
• Issue materials to authorized personnel and maintain accurate records.
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder to prevent stockouts.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile records with stock.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing goods for damage and coordinate with suppliers on discrepancies.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in storage areas per procedures.
• Assist in disposal or recycling of obsolete inventory per guidelines.
• Coordinate with departments to fulfill material requests in a timely manner.
• Use inventory systems to track movements and generate reports.
