Job summary

Tilly's Crawler Parts Pty Ltd in Toowoomba is seeking a hands-on Warehouse/Supply Chain assistant to join our busy team. You will pick, restock, despatch, and handle stock control.

The role requires basic data entry, competence with Word, Excel and Outlook, and a practical team player willing to do manual lifting.

Experience in warehousing or logistics is desirable but not essential; training provided.

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving ability and willingness to meet customer expectations.
• Intermediate data entry and report creation using databases.
• Demonstrates teamwork and hands-on attitude.
• Comfortable with manual lifting and physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Pick from and restock parts, including vertical lifts.
• Operate forklift and assist vehicle movement for picking.
• Assemble customer and internal orders from stock and dispatch to despatch or other areas.
• Despatch goods with freight companies to customers.
• Conduct stock takes as required and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Open and unpack crates and shipments from containers.
• Restock parts into locations, build shelving and allocate storage areas.
