Job summary

JasonL Pty Ltd is hiring an Inventory Coordinator in Sydney to maintain accurate stock across all locations and to lead stock takes, discrepancies, and transfers. You will work closely with the Supply Chain Manager and showroom teams to drive inventory improvements and KPIs.

You should have 3–5 years in inventory roles, strong Excel and ERP/WMS experience, and the ability to travel as needed to coordinate across sites. A proactive, detail‑oriented approach is essential.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years experience in inventory, supply chain or warehouse operations.
• Experience managing inventory across multiple locations.
• Strong stock control and stocktake experience.
• Strong Excel, reporting and analytical skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory across all locations.
• Manage stock takes and cycle counts.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Monitor stock transfers, damaged, missing and obsolete stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and systems.
• Monitor stock levels and identify overstock and slow-moving inventory.
• Work with warehouse and showroom teams to improve inventory processes.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and KPIs.
• Analyze inventory data and identify issues or trends.
• Maintain accurate ERP/WMS and inventory system records.
• Monitor inventory adjustments and variances.
• Develop and maintain inventory procedures and controls.
• Identify opportunities to improve stock accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Implement processes to reduce stock losses and discrepancies.
• Support inventory and supply chain improvement initiatives.

About the Role

The Inventory Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate and efficient inventory across all company locations.

Working closely with the Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse Manager and Showroom Managers, the role will oversee stock accuracy, stock takes, inventory reporting, stock movements and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory across all locations.
