Job summary

ManpowerGroup Australia is seeking a Supply & Inventory Lead to own inventory planning, stock availability, and supply management across Australia, collaborating with Sales, Operations, and external agents.

You will analyse data, communicate risks, backorders, and provide updates to stakeholders, while working with warehouse teams and senior leadership to support business performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience managing stock, forecasting demand, and inventory reporting.
  • Medical device or healthcare industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Hands-on attitude and willingness to support a small, collaborative team.

Supply & Inventory Lead (Australia)

Are you a highly analytical supply chain professional who thrives on managing inventory, improving stock availability, and building strong stakeholder relationships? We are seeking a Supply & Inventory Lead to join a growing business and play a key role connecting Sales, Operations, and external agents across Australia.

In this role, you will take ownership of inventory planning and supply management, ensuring the right stock is available at the right time while communicating supply risks, backorders, and inventory updates to stakeholders. You'll work closely with sales leaders, agents nationwide, warehouse teams, and senior leadership to support business performance and customer outcomes.
