Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Supply & Inventory Lead to join our expanding team in Australia. You will own inventory planning and supply management, ensuring stock availability, communicating risks and updates to stakeholders, and working with sales, agents, and warehouses nationwide.

You will analyse large data sets, generate reports, drive process improvements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business performance and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Demand Planning, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large data sets.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing stock, forecasting demand, and inventory reporting.

Are you a highly analytical supply chain professional who thrives on managing inventory, improving stock availability, and building strong stakeholder relationships? We are seeking a Supply & Inventory Lead to join a growing business and play a key role connecting Sales, Operations, and external agents across Australia.

In this role, you will take ownership of inventory planning and supply management, ensuring the right stock is available at the right time while communicating supply risks, backorders, and inventory updates to stakeholders. You'll work closely with sales leaders, agents nationwide, warehouse teams, and senior leadership to support business performance and customer outcomes.
