Options Consulting Group is seeking an Inventory Controller in Melbourne to join our client, a design, manufacture and installation business of large-scale storage and racking solutions. You will manage stock accuracy, inbound receivals, bin locations and cycle counts to keep operations running smoothly across warehousing, manufacturing and projects nationwide.

You will partner with procurement, logistics and production, use ERP systems and Excel to drive reporting and process improvements, and

Formación

• Proven experience in inventory control or stock management.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong Excel skills with inventory data reporting.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with procurement, logistics and production.
• Experience in storage and racking industry advantageous but not required.

Responsabilidades

• End-to-end inventory management, forecasting and replenishment.
• Maintain stock accuracy and bin locations.
• Manage inbound stock and receipting of imported goods.
• Process stock transfers and supplier returns.
• Coordinate regular cycle counts.
• Support forecasting and replenishment to align stock with demand and project schedules.
• Collaborate with procurement, logistics and production using ERP and Excel for reporting.
