Careerone Partner Network in Melbourne is seeking an Inventory Controller & Customer Service Coordinator to own stock across the warehouse, coordinate orders, and ensure accurate delivery data. This end-to-end role reports to the CEO and spans two core business units with a strong emphasis on reliability and planet-friendly practices.

Competenze

• Demonstrated experience in inventory or supply chain management.
• Experience managing stock across multiple sites or decentralised systems.
• Strong customer service skills with proven client relationship management.
• Proficiency in reconciling POs and raising accurate invoices.

Mansioni

• Manage and maintain stock levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
• Track, order and coordinate receipt of raw materials regularly.
• Coordinate end-of-month and year-end stock takes and reconciliations.
• Receive, track, and reconcile customer POs, aligning with production data.
• Raise and issue invoices accurately and on time.
• Lead planning meetings and support continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for inventory optimisation and waste reduction.
• Monitor inventory systems and provide up-to-date reporting.
• Be first point of contact for customer enquiries and orders.
