Qualifications

• Experience in Demand Planning and S&OP with improving forecast accuracy.
• Hands-on with forecast management tools like SAP IBP or Demand Solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills interpreting complex data.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication across teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the S&OP process to drive continuous improvement
• Refine forecast models using sales data, customer insights, and demand drivers
• Prepare and validate demand forecasts across multiple time horizons
• Analyse historical trends to boost forecast accuracy and reduce bias
• Execute Demand, Supply, and S&OP review meetings and ensure actions are delivered
• Upload forecasts into SAP and monitor accuracy metrics
• Profile inventory and lead obsolescence reduction programs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align forecasts with sales budgets
• Support stocktake planning and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards
