You will monitor stock levels, conduct counts, investigate discrepancies, and collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service to optimize operations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Inventory Controller or similar in warehousing.
• Strong stock control and stock accuracy.
• Experience with ERP or WMS systems.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and problem solving.
• Excellent communication and organisation.
• Forklift licence mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
• Conduct regular stock counts, cycle counts, and annual stocktakes.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and variances.
• Manage stock replenishment and coordinate with purchasing teams.
• Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and damaged stock.
• Ensure inventory processes comply with company procedures and safety standards.
• Generate inventory reports and provide insights to management.
• Liaise with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure stock accuracy.
• Assist with receiving and dispatch operations as required.
