Job summary

The Inventory Controller position at NEX Building Group in Thornton on a 12-month contract will join the Inventory Control team. You will maintain and update inventory data and collaborate with key stakeholders to analyse, update and maintain our inventory database.

Using Excel and BusinessCraft, you will collect pricing information, provide reports on product availability and inventory status, assist with admin/data entry, review vendor invoices and work with procurement to manage supply

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical and attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Team oriented with stakeholder liaison.
• Residential construction industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft.
• Collect and analyse pricing information to support cost-saving decisions.
• Provide reports on product availability and inventory status.
• Assist with admin/data entry and review vendor invoices.
• Work with procurement to manage supply contracts.
