Job summary

people2people is seeking a proactive Inventory Controller & Returns Administrator on a 12-month fixed-term contract to optimise inventory performance across reverse logistics. You will manage end-to-end inventory activities, including returns and stock movements, and work with Compliance, 3PL partners and Service Centre Managers.

• Experience in inventory, warehousing, reverse logistics or supply chain.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end inventory activities including returns, stock movements, grading, dispatch, write-offs, scrapping and compliance.
• Maintain accurate inventory records across SAP and warehouse management systems.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and product returns, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
• Partner with 3PL providers to oversee inventory accuracy, cycle counts and operational performance.
• Support reporting, stock validation and transaction processing to ensure data integrity.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes, systems and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver timely, compliant and customer-focused outcomes.
