Job summary

NEX Building Group is seeking an Estimating Support Coordinator to join the Inventory Control team. You will analyze, update and maintain inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft, and support procurement with pricing and reporting to enable cost-saving decisions.

The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication to collaborate across internal and external stakeholders. Experience in residential construction is desirable.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills with functions like VLOOKUP.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail; clear communication.
• Ability to liaise with a wide range of internal/external stakeholders.
• Residential construction experience or Cert IV in Building is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update inventory data using Excel and BusinessCraft.
• Collect and analyze pricing information to support cost-saving decisions.
• Provide reports on product availability and inventory status.
• Assist with admin/data entry and review invoices.
• Collaborate with procurement to manage supply contracts and deadlines.
