Take ownership of a pivotal inventory control role in a fast-paced, hands-on environment. This is a great opportunity to lead and deliver efficient inventory processes within a well-established organisation based in Glendenning.

Salary: $80K + super

Work Type: Full-time, onsite in Glendenning

Start Date: ASAP

Hours: 8:00am - 4:36pm, Monday to Friday

What You’ll Need To Bring

• Previous inventory control or stock management experience (construction industry experience ideal but not essential)
• Background in accounts or bookkeeping
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and time management
• Confidence communicating with both internal teams and external suppliers
• Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and adapt quickly
• Comfortable working under pressure to meet deadlines
• Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel); experience with Microsoft Navision a bonus
• Positive, team-focused mindset with a proactive, accountable approach
  
  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing inventory and processing stock receiving data
• Investigating stock discrepancies, including negative reports and below-cost issues
• Processing stock journals and raising purchase orders
• Coordinating with transport and warehouse teams for incoming and outgoing goods
• Managing local, interstate, and imported stock deliveries — tracking and reconciling all movements
• Liaising with Customer Service and external suppliers to resolve inventory queries
• Producing daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reports
• Leading stocktakes across weekly, monthly, and yearly cycles
• Maintaining accurate records and updating vendor accounts and pricing in the accounting system
• Supporting management and other departments with inventory-related reporting and processes
