Job summary

About The Role

Are you a compassionate leader with strong clinical experience in youth mental health?

We’re seeking a dynamic Team Leader to lead and support our multidisciplinary team at headspace Mount Druitt. In this pivotal role, you'll provide operational and clinical supervision, guide evidence-based practice, support performance outcomes, and contribute to strategic direction—all while making a tangible impact on the mental health of young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise clinicians, conduct case reviews, and lead various meetings relating to intake and client management
  • Guide and support evidence-based practices within the team
  • Oversee key partnerships and maintain stakeholder relationships
  • Train and mentor new clinicians
  • Collaborate on strategic initiatives with the Operations Manager
  • Maintain oversight of service KPIs and reporting
  • Deliver direct client support as needed

Essential Criteria

  • Approved tertiary qualifications in relevant discipline (such as Psychology, Social Work, Registered Nursing or Occupational Therapy), and provisional or full membership with AHPRA or an appropriate professional body
  • Driver’s Licence
