About the Role

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor who is not only skilled in warehouse operations but also thrives in a team-driven, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is a humble, hands-on leader who can communicate effectively, work closely with both internal and external teams, and maintain a positive workplace culture.

This role requires a proactive and adaptable mindset, as you’ll be involved in all aspects of warehouse operations, from ensuring accuracy in stock management to maintaining safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and assist in all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

Support and coordinate with various warehouse departments to streamline processes.

Communicate effectively with internal teams (warehouse staff, managers) and external stakeholders (suppliers, transport partners, and other departments within the business).

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational targets are met.

Maintain and enforce warehouse safety procedures, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Perform reporting, record-keeping, and documentation to maintain accurate warehouse data.

Assist the Warehouse Manager in daily operations and provide support as needed.

Fill operational gaps and provide hands-on assistance in various warehouse tasks when required.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.

Foster a team-oriented culture, encouraging collaboration and problem-solving.

Requirements

️ Minimum 2 years of warehouse experience, preferably in a similar industry.

️ Bachelor’s degree required.

️ Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), scanners, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

️ Strong verbal and written communication skills.

️ Humble, down-to-earth personality with the ability to work well within a team.

️ A proactive mindset, always willing to step in and help where needed.

️ Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
