Canon Business Services ANZ is hiring an End User Services Engineer in VIC. You will be the first point of contact for technical support, delivering onsite and remote assistance, managing Intune deployments and Azure AD identities, and ensuring a secure, productive workplace environment.

You’ll work from the South Melbourne office with visits to Hawthorn, Moorabbin, and CBD, supporting Windows 11 endpoints and leveraging ServiceNow for incident management.

Qualifikationen

• Experience providing Level 1/2 IT support in a corporate/Managed Services environment.
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and user support experience.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune endpoint management.
• Proficient Windows 11 troubleshooting and support skills.
• Knowledge of Azure AD/Entra ID and identity management concepts.
• Experience with endpoint security, compliance and device management policies.
• ServiceNow or similar ITSM experience.
• Excellent customer service, communication and stakeholder engagement.

Aufgaben

• Provide Level 1/2 IT support remotely and onsite to enterprise customers.
• Administer Microsoft 365 environments and user access.
• Manage Intune deployments, policies and device management.
• Troubleshoot Windows 11 and support endpoints.
• Assist with Entra ID (Azure AD) user and device management.
• Engage with stakeholders and identify service improvements.
